Great location in the centre but not noisy. Very clean and cool in a noisy dirty market of phi phi

The shower door was not placed correctly and could get into the shower with difficulty...even my small friend 5.2 feet could barely get in

Nice location. Close to the port so useful if you’ve got lots of baggage! Hotel was basic but had what we needed. Good air con and a big fridge and reliable wi fi. Felt a safe and vibrant area to wander.

Will stay here again

New renovated and close to the food market. The aircon was nice and cold.

We stayed there 4 nights. Our bed linens got changed only once. The floor was not mopped since the day we checked in. We had the same bathroom mat the whole stay.

Nice hotel, it’s clean and staff are very friendly. Location is decent, right in the middle of the island.

There’s a smell that comes from the drain… i think it’s just an issue throughout the entire island but it wasn’t very pleasant

Very clean and comfortable large room with good air con. Located in the heart of Phi Phi but on a quiet back alley and not too near to the loud beach bars.

Very nice hotel and would recommend to friends

We did not have any issues with our room on the second floor. The room was one of the better ones we've had in Thailand. The staff was wonderful. Location was good, walking distance to the ferries. Plenty of restaurants right outside the door.

Nothing wrong for us. If you're a light sleeper you may hear the nearby mosque but we enjoyed our stay for one night.

Big clean room and bathrom, central location, especially good if you are staying for a short time and want to be close to both piers, free beach towels available daily, good internet connection. Location was central, but we heard no noise in our room.

So glad we stayed here!

Modern and clean - everything looks and feels very new. Receptionist very nice and helpful. Room has a massive tv and huge bed. The room has USB ports and USB-C ports as well! Really cool lights in the room behind the bed, m the tv and the cupboards Location is fantastic, it really is in the heart of everything. It’s 5 minutes from the pier so we got off the ferry from Krabi and walked straight to the hotel. Hotel is behind the street food stalls, so great food on the doorstep. They let us check in early as we arrived just before 12 O’clock and check in is officially 2pm. They provide beach towels for free to use. We requested an iron and they bought it to our room straight away. The hotel shared the snorkelling tours with us and we happily booked through them - very helpful and the tour was really good!

Only crictism is that there is a smelly smell in the bathroom from the drains sometimes.

The only think that was a bit disturbing was the smell in ther bathroom from the drains ! But to be honest it was the same in the whole island ! Not just a problem or the hotel

Perfect location near to the main pier, not the best view from the window, but there are cheap markets and Cafe right below where you can buy cheap fruit shakes and eat nicely - cooked thai food. Cozy rooms with some exceptions. Staff is very polite. Good breakfast.
